Our after school program believes that learning is most powerful when subjects connect. Our approach is simple, cross-curricular, and student-centered — designed to reach every learner, no matter their background or skill level.
We help students make meaningful connections between subjects so they can see how math, reading, science, and social studies all work together in real life. By breaking down the walls between disciplines, our lessons build a holistic understanding of content, encourage curiosity, and strengthen critical thinking skills.
Our goal is to go beyond memorization — we help students engage deeply with the world around them, develop confidence, and discover how what they learn in the classroom applies to everyday life.
120-Minute After school Breakdown
10 Minutes – Goal Setting & Reflection
Each session begins with a brief check-in where students set measurable goals for the day and reflect on their academic progress from the past week. This helps build accountability, confidence, and a growth mindset.
50 Minutes – Academic Support & Skill Reinforcement
Students review and complete assignments from their current classes with guidance and targeted support. If all schoolwork is completed, individualized learning packets are provided to strengthen areas that need improvement or to extend learning beyond the classroom. This is also a time where students can independently read.
60 Minutes – Cross-Curricular Learning / Lesson of the Day / Activities
The session concludes with an engaging, interactive group lesson that integrates multiple subjects. Students explore a Quote of the Day, Word of the Day, Science Challenge, Arithmetic Challenge, Geography Challenge, and Spelling Challenge. Through these activities, learners make real-world connections, expand vocabulary, and practice constructing outlines and writing essays that express critical thinking and creativity.
