Operation Insight – High School Ready Mentorship Program
The High School Ready Mentorship Program is built on one principle:
Preparation builds confidence—and confidence creates opportunity.
This program prepares students for real pathways beyond high school, including college and scholarship opportunities, trade school programs, and military service. Students begin developing early awareness of degree plans, career options, and the steps required to reach them.
Each session focuses on building the habits that lead to success—organization, time management, discipline, and accountability—while also introducing real-world skills like scholarship research, resume building, and long-term planning.
Students are expected to actively engage, reflect, and apply what they learn. Through consistency and repetition, they develop the mindset and preparation needed to stand out.
