About the Founder

Operation Insight was founded by Mr. John Howard, a certified middle school educator, veteran, and mentor with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. With over a decade of experience working with diverse learners, Mr. Howard specializes in building academic confidence, improving motivation, and preparing students for success beyond the classroom.

Throughout his career, Mr. Howard has worked with students of all ability levels, including those who struggle with focus, behavior, or academic gaps. His approach combines strong instructional practices with real-world mentorship, goal setting, and character development. He believes that every student can grow when given structure, encouragement, and clear expectations.

Mr. Howard’s work extends beyond the classroom. He has designed and led tutoring programs, after-school enrichment sessions, leadership activities, and academic interventions focused on measurable student growth. His sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and built around practical skills students can use in school and in life.

As a Teacher of the Year recipient, Mr. Howard is recognized for his commitment to student success, strong classroom leadership, and ability to connect with young people from a wide range of backgrounds.
